IMSLP – International Music Score Library Project
While we encourage students to have score originals, sometimes it is perfectly acceptable to print scores off the internet. The important detail is knowing where to look. IMSLP is an enormous digital library that contains more than 130.000 public domain (free) musical scores and over 50.000 corresponding performances, making it an invaluable resource. Simply search for the desired musical piece, choose the edition (consult with your teacher on which one to use) and print it out.
